- Non-Tangible Goods:
As we specialize in selling non-tangible irrevocable goods, refunds are not issued once the order is completed, and the product is delivered. We urge customers to fully comprehend this policy before making a purchase.
- Problem Resolution Period:
In the event of an error, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will make every effort to address and solve problems within 48 hours. If, after this timeframe, the problem remains unresolved, a refund may be considered. However, the refund amount will be subject to a deduction for the payment gateway fee, typically set at 5% of the product value.
- Refund Possibilities:
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicated orders (two identical premium keys sold instead of two different ones).
Inefficiency of the premium key system.
Receipt of a wrong voucher code (incorrect retention or service).
Failure to deliver or send the premium key via email within 3 days after a successful payment.
- Refund Limitations:
Refunds will not be accepted for:
Ordered premium keys or accounts that are no longer needed.
Simultaneous purchase of several different premium keys, followed by attempts to refund goods that are not needed.
Slow download speeds, dead links, or failure to obtain desired files after purchase.
Inactive or closed status of the File-hosting company due to technical issues, legal matters, or website inaccessibility.
